THE INTERNATIONAL 20th IZMIR MAGIC GET TOGETHER will be held on the 1, 2 and 3 rd August 2019

The supreme speciality of this event is that; it does not only gather magicians and magic enthusiasts of every age but also offer a wide range od activities of every kind, which lasts 24 hours a day non-stop. It aims to exceed the expectations of all the parcipants.

 

This year we aim to present of the largest magic events of the world. In order that you may join to our event you may click on the “Facebook” logo elsewhere in our website and click on the “Join”  button at the top of the page. Nevertheless, you may ask your questions and request about your needs through the same channel.

 

We have much improved THE INTERNATIONAL IZMIR MAGIC GET TOGETHER, which was initiated by Erdinc DEMIRAY, Selim BASARIR and Ozlen TUNCER by the support of our sponsors and the public. We have concluded our preparations about eating, dining, transportation, accomodation and performances. Nevertheless, we stil continue to make fine tuning on the minor details according to the needs of our participants

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Details in Brief: -The first day: We will begin by registering and Magic Bazaar till evening and will go on with seminars and lectures which will be announced later as the people confirm what they will do. There will be three Gala Nights each evening and different artists will perform. And Later there will be an Open Stage which will be available for those who want to show or share something as well as the dealers who want to demonstrate their goods. No limit will be set, but registering in advance will be required. And as usual we will do close ups around a big table till morning with those who can resist sleeping. 

•  The second day: We will again have the Magic Bazaar and lectures during the day. And people may also enjoy the swimming pool for sometime.And there will be again a Magic Bazaar for there may be new comers to our event from the center of the city.

     In the Gala Show; some Turkish Performers as well as any Foreign friends will perform. The priority to perform will be on the foreign friends for we will not have a chance to see them often around Turkey. The duration of ther acts will be free for the foreigners but will be limited to 10 minutes for  the domestic performers. After the Gala Show  open stage and close up sessions will be carried with those who want to sleep late.

•   The third day: We will again begin with magic bazaar, lectures, workshops and seminars.  We will have Open stage all the day long and finally towards the midnight we will officially close the event. However we may continue with those who also want to stay more.
​    Fee Strategy: Individual: 100 USD But may be waived if you are a member of IBM, IMS or the Magic Cafe.

   Dealer’s Table: 250 USD but may be paid in magic goods. If agreed in advance.

    Other points to consider:  Every Attendant will pay for his own accomodation. There is a special fare for the participants for the hotel accomodation in OBA Hotel ( Room Only ). You may ask for a reservation and we will do it for you at no extra charge. 

•  There is a wide variety of restaurants and food resources around. 

•  The swimming Pool is with a reduced price for the Hotel guests.

•  The sea is only accross the road.
